Orange Tahini Salad Dressing

Orange Tahini Dressing


  • 1 can chickpeas including the brine
  • ½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon  lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • ¾ teaspoon garlic powder (or raw garlic to taste)
  • 3  tablespoons tahini (or more to taste**)
  • ½ teaspoon salt (or more to taste)
  • freshly ground pepper

Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until dressing is thoroughly combined. Add more seasoning to preference
