Do you cook only plant-based?

Yes! All of our meals are 100% whole food plant-based. This means we do not use any animal products in our food. Many of our meals are gluten free, and will be labeled as such (GF). 

How long are my items good for?

All of our food is made with fresh ingredients!

Our items are good for up to a week in proper refrigeration. If you order items to last for more than a week, we often recommend freezing half of your items when you first pick up. Then simply take them out of the freezer 12-24 hours before you'd like to use them and allow them to thaw in your refrigerator.

Can you freeze these items?

Yes! you can. We recommend that you freeze them within 2 days of receiving your order, to maximize freshness. Take your items out of the freezer 12-24 hours before you plan on eating them, and thaw them out in your refrigerator. This is a great way of preserving your items longer!

Do you have gluten-free options?

Yes! Many of our items are gluten free. All nutrition information is available at the link posted on the top of our main menu page - if there is wheat in a recipe, it will be listed there! If not, it's gluten-free!

How do you cook without any oil?

This is a common question! We have learned from some great chefs and doctors! We have learned to saute and cook all food that once required oil with vegetable broth or water! We also use parchment paper to prevent sticking for baked goods. 

Where do I get my protein?

This is one of the most common questions we are asked! Plants, minimally-processed soy, legumes and whole grains are filled with plant protein! If you are eating a wide variety of fruits, veggies, legumes and whole grains, you will have all of the protein that you need!

Weekly Order Pickup (4)

Where are you located?

We are located at 777 Culver Rd. in Rochester, NY. Our regular hours are Monday-Friday 9-4. However, if you'd like to come in to meet with us or for pickup outside our normal pickup time, please call ahead!

What if I forget to pick up my order?

If you do happen to forget to pick up your order, you can come in Monday-Friday 9-4 to pick up your order. We do not offer refunds or credits for orders that are left or forgotten. 

What are your weekly pickup hours?

You can pick up your weekly order on Saturday from 11 AM-1 PM at 777 Culver Road, Rochester, NY 14609.

Do you offer shipping or delivery?

We don't currently offer shipping or delivery - all orders must be picked up at our 777 Culver Road location.

Do you offer gift cards?

We do offer gift cards! If you’d like to purchase a gift card, please call 585-230-8942. We will create a customized electronic gift card. To place an order greater than the value of the gift card, the recipient will simply type the customized gift code on the card into the promo code box on the website. If the recipient wants to place an order for less than the full amount of the gift card, they should call 585-230-8942 - we will deduct the amount of the order from the card and manually run the order!

Can I make customizations to my items or request ingredient substitutions?

Unfortunately, as we cook all of our weekly items in large batches, we cannot accommodate requests for customizations or ingredient substitutions on individual orders.

What if I am missing a meal or receive the wrong meal?

If you are missing an item or receive an incorrect item, please call us at 585-230-8942 - we’ll make it right! We’ll either arrange for you to receive the correct item(s) or give you a refund on the incorrect item(s) and a credit on your next order!

What is your refund policy?

We always want you to be satisfied with your order! If there’s an error with your order or you’re otherwise unsatisfied with your order, contact us at 585-230-8942 - we’ll help you troubleshoot your issue or give you a substitution you’re happy with. If we can’t find another fully satisfactory solution, we’re happy to fully refund the unsatisfactory items. Refunds will appear within 5-10 business days of processing.

What Items do you Offer Each Week?

Each week, we offer 100% plant-based, oil-free "meat" replacements and sauces that complement each other and can be made into full meals using recipes we provide, or can be used individually to make your own whole-food, plant-based creations! Each item and each full meal kit has 4 servings, as each of our companion recipes serves 4. We change our offerings and recipes weekly!

Each week, we offer recipes to accompany our plant-based "meat" replacements and sauces, so you can easily and cost-effectively use our products and just a few common grocery-store items to create delicious, plant-based and oil-free meals! Each recipe serves 4, but you can easily scale the recipes to serve more or fewer people! Our recipes for the weekly items can be found by clicking on the black-button tab on top of our order page.
